Terms of Service

HarborDesk offers paid subscription plans for access to premium features, including enhanced messaging capacity, analytics, and integrations. Subscription billing is processed securely through Stripe.

All payments, refunds, invoicing, and payment method management are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. HarborDesk does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing plan (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by law.

HarborDesk integrates with third-party services to provide core functionality, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Gmail API), Microsoft (Outlook API), and Stripe (payments).

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. HarborDesk is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

HarborDesk is a messaging management platform that enables users to connect communication channels such as Instagram Direct Messages, Facebook Messenger, Gmail, and Outlook.

All messages sent or received through these integrations are initiated by the connected user accounts and processed through the respective provider APIs. Messaging functionality is subject to platform rules, including Meta's messaging policies and Gmail API usage restrictions.

Users are responsible for ensuring their communications comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Users agree not to use HarborDesk for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Harassing, abusive, or illegal communications
• Attempting to bypass platform messaging restrictions
• Misusing Meta, Google, Microsoft, or Stripe APIs
• Reverse engineering or exploiting system vulnerabilities

HarborDesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• All activity conducted through their connected integrations
• Ensuring proper authorization of connected Meta, Google, and Microsoft accounts
• Disconnecting services when access is no longer desired

HarborDesk relies on third-party APIs (including Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Stripe). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime or changes in external platform APIs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
